If you owned 101 or fewer shares of our common stock prior to our going private transaction, you are no longer a shareholder of Sagient Research. Your shares have been acquired for a price of $0.12 per share. To receive your purchase price, you must submit your original stock certificate to our exchange agent as follows:

If you owned more than 101 shares of our common stock
If you owned more than 101 shares of our common stock prior to our going private transaction, you are still a shareholder of Sagient Research. Your shares do not trade publicly and no regular financial information will be made available to you in the future. You continue to have the same ownership, voting, distribution, and liquidation rights that you had when the company was publicly trading.
